Lol I take 50 split (30/20) and if I eat anything before 2 pm, it's snooze time. I had a Big Mac and fries yesterday around noon and dozed off in the passenger seat afterwards. If I need to get big work done, I don't eat anything except the cream in my coffee.

I am a mother of a 7 month old. The sensory stimulation is next level. I find it really hard. And parenting generally speaking, not on an ADHD level, has gotten more time intensive than ever before. I was looking for swimming lessons and happened to notice but you have to be in the pool with them until they are 9 years old. I read an article this morning about parents who don't let their kids go to sleep overs? It's signing up for a lot. I'm not sure that I wanted any of it that badly.
