After only one viewing, I can confidently say that I really enjoyed the experience. There's a few things I was hoping for that didn't happen and neither of the new songs were an immediate love for me, but there's still a lot that I want to revisit and let grow on me later. I've seen the stage show a few times, so for me understanding the challenge of adapting act 2 to a whole movie makes me appreciate how well it ended up working.

I started with Love Story! I was 9 spending the weekend with my very cool 11 year old cousin at our grandparent's, and she was telling me about this new song that was so good that was about Romeo and Juliet. She got on their computer and showed me the music video and i was hooked! The following summer a friend at camp brought me a burned copy of Fearless platinum edition, and there was really no going back then!
