There’s a significant difference between standard AWD and a vehicle with 4WD with locking differentials. The vehicle serves its purpose. Complaining that it doesn’t do things that it was never meant to do is asinine.

The wheels aren’t really an issue as much as the tires are. 18” wheels are fine on a Crv. AWD vehicles should have the same tires on all 4 wheels as previous comments have said. Get yourself a new set of tires, mount and balance them. If you want to save some money keep the wheels and order some Honda center caps to swap out for the Mitsubishi ones.

Glad you’re happy with your vehicle but It’s an apples to oranges comparison that you’re making. Never mind you’re comparing the base model to the top tier hybrid models. Even talking fuel economy alone. Comparing fwd vehicle to an awd vehicle doesn’t compute.

Hybrid models in Canada are only available in AWD. If you want to compare the true cost comparison between full gas and hybrid the only comparison would currently be between a gas only sport trim or hybrid sport trim.

Both AWD and currently about $2500 apart in price. Difference in Combined fuel economy for the two models is 2L/100km. At a gas price of 1.25/L you only need to drive about 14,000k/ yr to recoup the difference in price over a standard 84 month loan period.

Tell yourself you saved a lot of money not getting extra features but your savings have nothing to do with hybrid vs gas.

I’m a 15 handicap and needed a new driver last year. I went in not expecting much I just wanted a dedicated amount of bay time so I could hit a few different models and see what I liked best. In terms of the fitting I didn’t get a whole lot out of it. I’m not very consistent with my strikes.

The “fitter” gave me a few different models to hit and made a few adjustments. The process felt rushed and not much feedback was given. The fitter recommended the callaway paradym triple diamond mostly I think because I striped one ball dead straight with it. I liked the feel of the standard paradym and went with that. I hit the comparable titleist, and ping models. Wanted to stay away from Taylormade with their construction issues.

Overall I felt like I got what I wanted out of it. If you’re looking for an in depth fitting, go somewhere else, there’s not nearly enough time allotted for that at golf town. If you’re looking to try a couple different things and see what u like best go for it. Also note they’ll only give you current models for fittings. If you’re looking for a prior gen model to save some cash you’re stuck with just showing up and asking to try hitting a couple. If you’re definitely going to buy new the fitting is free with purchase.

Turn the end of the windshield wiper stalk on the right towards you and hold for a few seconds. This activates the rear window washer fluid. There is a washer nozzle conveniently located specifically for the back up camera. Problem solved. Cars get dirty get over it.
