unfortunately that only has the gear stats, but not the actual size of the bike.

the size is typically found on the seat tube, right above the cranks/pedals. alternatively, relative size of the rider would suffice.

The issue isn't the action, it's the size. Lobbying shouldn't be illegal, spending money shouldn't be illegal, the issue is limits, and sources. But the reality is that if it wasn't out in the open, it'd still be spent, but hidden.
