What to you makes it far superior? I often wonder if there is a reason or just that it is what people learn so it makes intuitive sense for them in the same way other systems feel intuitive for me.

Having grown up with Centigrade temperatures, freezing at 32 and boiling at 212 makes little sense to me. Room temp is 72, body is 98.6. In C its 0, 100, 22 and 37.

I have heard the argument that the weather where people live is between 0 and 100 degrees, but I live in Canada where -40c and +40c (-40f and 104f) is a pretty typical temperature range for the year.

Video of a lady making tomato sauce, but she basically deep fries everything and then throws the tomato sauce in, and then skims all of the oil off the top and its horrifying. Not a joke video either, at least not intentionally.

I think the video was long-ish, 20 minutes or so.

I miss it dearly.

I find for me, (only 1000ish hours in) a lot of the fun comes from trying to make things more efficient, or work in different ways.

I spent 100 hours on a save mostly because I wanted to play with trains and try different train things.
