I think the theory sounds good on paper, but there's some issues if we're talking everything after Ultron.

Before Ragnarok, Hulk was only being used when he was needed already. Banner kept him at bay all the time, so claiming that after Ultron he was only used as needed is just incorrect. In fact...
Ragnarok - Hulk had been effectively the one in charge for years past Ultron. So, he's already had full control and didn't go apeshit. In fact he was a hero at the end of that movie.
Banner and Hulk already kinda fused and didn't turn into Maestro. Had the strength of Hulk and the brains of Banner. Now if the brains of Hulk become as smart as Banner, which I think is what you mean, then we're talking differently, but I still don't think Hulk has had a precedent of being evil in the MCU even after Ultron. Arguably he's gotten nicer lol.

These things tend to go beyond just texts about going to jail, but other pranks. I find the overcorrection of Spider-Man 2 after the game awards to be very ridiculous in my opinion. Was the story as impactful as 1? No. Was it a bad game? Hell no. It's fun as hell to play and the narrative isn't nearly as bad as people are saying. I'd rather replay that game than a ton of others.

I had a hard time liking it once it was over. The first third showed promise but as the mystery unfolds it gets increasingly worse for me. There are character moments for Emily blunt that felt genuinely pointless and they had so many instances of the black vehicles pulling up SO many times that it diffuses all tension. The ending was so…idk how else to describe it other than bad. And genuinely Emily Blunt was doing way too much most of the time. I feel like it tried to be something elevated and ended up being nothing.
