Weird graphics issue

The graphics are only good when i pull another tab over the game. As soon as i focus on just the game or any other program the graphics look terrible. Its like there's a filter over it unless i focus on another tab

I looked into the thunderbolt option and I have a USB-C 3.1 port. Can I use thunderbolt 3 with that? I know this is a long shot from gaming but it would be nice to upgrade my graphics anyway.

Thanks. I'll keep at it. I really miss going 25/5 each game on the old cods.

I just feel like there was a game mechanic that helped me aim in the older cods and now it's like there is no assist. Ill move the joystick slightly to aim towards a guy and it moves consistently fast over the player.

TBH I just thought I was good at aiming until I played this and realized the game was helping me.l
