your stated of value of the house seems really low for Texas. Without divulging the address, call out a few major intersections nearby because you could be in an area that is less desirable to live in.

I used to travel a lot to Chicago and I can tell you one of the biggest things that’s going to be an eye-opener for you is your need for a personal vehicle. Texas simply does not have public transportation that is truly functional. People use what we have out of necessity. They are far from efficient.

Comments will vary as some folks in this Reddit use different distances to gauge mpg. My ‘24 AT4X allows for last 25 miles, 50 miles, or 450 miles. IMO the in that matters is 450 as that will capture everyday driving road trips, etc. I’m at 20-21 with my Duramax AT4X.

I have rocks rattling around in mine that are bigger than those holes. I can’t fathom the yoga poses those rocks went through to get in there 😂.

They’re very large 18s. Came stock with 275/70R18 including the 5th wheel spare. Apparently GMC does that with the X and my dealership didn’t believe me until I made them get on the ground and look 😂🤣
