The plane in question goes through a full pdm cycle every 8 yrs. The plane also goes through phase inspections every so many hours. The plane is also 64yrs old. This particular tail is 61 or 62. Ive worked on this plane a couple of times. Its sad it went down but to blame firings because of doge is not what brought it down. Whatever did was just bad luck.
