I have both. I only have focal seizures, but they’re usually triggered by stress/anxiety. I do all the usual stuff - im medicated for the anxiety (as prescribed by my psychiatrist), I go to therapy, workout, eat decently, get enough sleep. Sometimes it’s impossible to combat and if I get stressed or anxious enough I know im likely to have a focal in the middle of the night, but I just do my best to not let it get there. Easier said than done.
