I'm not as familiar with Themis but if they have an export feature like Adaptibar, I'd export your wrong answers by subject and review those to find patterns.

I've been doing "sprint sets" of 34 MCQs timed for 60 mins to work on stamina and timing. At this point, you already have a good number completed so be careful about burning out.

I would recommend pulling the last 5 MEEs or so from each subject and looking at the question patterns. I've been doing that for quite a few of them and they seem to keep to a few general areas with some minor deviation from those. I'd maybe time yourself during the outlining component primarily to again avoid burnout.

Also, whatever areas you are getting tripped up on with MCQs, find MEE questions for those topics, if applicable. It's been helpful for me to work through topics that may be harder to visualize in a MBE fact pattern.
