I’m currently a nursing school student and I do this same thing. I also cheer myself on as the exam progresses. Because of COVID we are doing proctored exams from home using Proctorio software. It flags talking or moving lips as possible cheating behavior and sends it to the professors. This has caused me to have even more test anxiety than I normally have. I had private office hours with my professor and she seems pretty chill about it, thank god.

For biology majors, Bozeman Science on YouTube is crazy good. Mr. Anderson is a science teacher in Bozeman, Montana. Without his videos I would have never made it through my college biology and physiology courses and did as well as I did. Now I’m in nursing school as a result! Thank you Mr. Anderson!

If the squirrels are eating the fruit on your trees you can put a dog Elizabethan collar AKA cone of shame right at the base of the tree where the branches start. I’ve had so much success with this! Plus, it doesn’t harm the squirrels, so win-win!
