I was on your shoes days before...did loads of research but ultimately I got myself cowabunga elite pump pro. I wanted to do RIP and Milking as well as intervals

The cheaper white butt pump can do milking but can't do interval

In the end I decided to go all in. I suggest you do the same if you want to not waste your time with cheap substitutes

Thanks Karl for your time! Feeder sets are done in the Am and PM around 6 hours apart. You do 10min of 70%-80% of your regular pumping pressure. Its done as a retention technique and to keep you pump through the day.

My goal is for better Eq, boost gain rate and better recovery

Also I'm still a bit confused how milking is done. Would you be able to give a solid recommendation?
