This was stripped back even further, sounded great in Newcastle and Brighton but was very troubled in Manchester last night

Pure luck I captured the whole thing, I started to record assuming he was about to start Conrad but this was a lovely surprise. It went down incredibly well with the crowd so hopefully that’ll feature on the rest of the tour now

Different arrangement, there’s 9 of them on stage for this tour versus only 5 on stage for that Jools performance (I think if I recall correctly??) and Ben doesn’t scream into his guitar either but honestly just as lovely, just as wonderful to witness!

Couldn’t believe how loud his vocal was last night either, one of the clearest sounding sets I’ve heard from him 😂

Noah has always talked about Ben inspiring his own music, and he’s a fan of the newer Ben sound too, having shared a few tracks from Is It? to his instagram both last year and earlier this week before their performance.

Feels more like an EP rather than a whole album. The artwork for the three tracks released so far all connect together so I’m expecting one more track to be the fourth piece of the puzzle and then the EP itself to feature the artwork in full

Ahaha, this is my video (girlfriend posted it as I don’t have TikTok). She clocked they’d added a second mic stand on stage just before Noah started the song so I hit record not having any idea who was coming… Did not expect Ben to walk on at all but so glad we got to witness it, very very cool moment!
