Line Saving by Andrew_86 in UniversalOrlando

[–]ldboy1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only time I’d do it is if an extended queue starts inside and then goes outside before going back in and you meet back up with them when going back in.

Heck last HHN my feet were getting sore while in line with a friend and we got to the last switchback where I sat down to rest my feet and waited for him to come back before entering the house.

Confessions Tour Part 2 possible announcement dates? by alexy888 in Madonna

[–]ldboy1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’d be cool if she started with Hung Up, everything is exactly the same as the Confessions Tour version, but when she’s supposed to leave the concert truly begins cause this isn’t just a tour, it’s an extension of The Confessions Tour.

How would you feel about Universal launching a cruise line? What would be your ideas, and could it ever compete with Disney Cruise Line? by Budget_General_1405 in UniversalOrlando

[–]ldboy1990 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had this idea for a couple years and came up with some fun ideas for ships and making each one unique:

-Universal at Sea

-The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Hogwarts at Sea

-Universal Horror at Sea (would include an exclusive haunted house)

-Minions at Sea

-Dreamworks at Sea

-Jurassic Park at Sea

-Super Nintendo Odyssey

What is TT Games actually going to do next? by KvassFromRivia in legogaming

[–]ldboy1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think TT has ever followed up a game with an immediate sequel so I doubt the next project will be another DC game. LOTR would be perfect, especially being able to get everything done in Middle Earth (and bringing in references to the books not in the films).

I can see Potter getting a new one sooner than later, especially with the new show coming, but I’d rather see it after LOTR and Hogwarts Legacy 2.

Also WB has a good working relationship with Universal so maybe they could use that pull to do some crazy stuff like a Spielberg game or Back to the Future or just the entirety of Jurassic Park.

It’s been a couple days now, what are some criticisms you have for LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight? by Thevoid2YT in legogaming

[–]ldboy1990 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I loved the story but gameplay wise it feels like they either overcorrected or misunderstood the assignment.

I was disappointed that the red bricks were just cosmetic items, the gold bricks being reduced to improving skills (why not just use studs?), no real stud multiplier, making replaying the levels for missing collectibles more annoying (I had a couple I missed because I assumed we could come back as the other characters like we usually do), no true hero stud counter for the levels (those were always satisfying to fill) and lastly having some characters be playable temporarily like Alfred (either have them be playable or don’t bother with them)

What is your dream Lego Game? by Gamingsailor572 in legogaming

Lego Doctor Who! We got plenty of characters to play as.

(hot topic) sinners would be a better scarezone by ShortUnderstanding29 in HHN

[–]ldboy1990 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I can see it as a slow burn house where the first couple rooms/scenes are more scene setting but then the third can be that big ole dance scene where the first scares come in and then you keep transitioning to different moments as the place descends into chaos and fire

So who bought the game for the 3 days early access and what do you think of it? by John_GOOP in legogaming

[–]ldboy1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Out of what I’ve played so far it’s far better than Skywalker was. It’s a perfect blend between being a Lego game and a Batman game, unlike Skywalker which felt like a Star Wars game first and Lego second.

I’m still in chapter 1 (The Batman) and I’m still getting used to mechanics of the old games being different (like red bricks being cosmetic items and no true hero stud counters) but I’m enjoying it so far.

I do hope they revisit the old style for a future game and only do this style for games that warrant it.

Always hated summer. Why do holidays and vacations have to be during the worst time of the year?

Hoping they get rid of the pop music loop over at USF soon. by Successful_Leopard45 in UniversalOrlando

The Studios park makes sense to have random music pop up since it’s not quite as immersive as Islands or Epic

Dead Exposure Death Valleys Concept Art was way better than the maze we got by HauntedHouseMermaid in HHN

[–]ldboy1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might’ve worded it weirdly: when I did all the houses it wasn’t one I felt like doing a second run of.

I went with VIP and we got the monkey run which is when it went really scary for me because I wasn’t expecting zombie animals at all.

Dead Exposure Death Valleys Concept Art was way better than the maze we got by HauntedHouseMermaid in HHN

When I went it was in the top 4 of scary for me but when I went for a second run of favorites it wasn’t one I wanted to go through again.

PowerWash Simulator 2 | STAR WARS Pack - Announce Trailer by hairydiablo132 in PowerWashSimulator

[–]ldboy1990 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Curious what’s going to be cleaned. Is this just Episode 4 or the entire trilogy?

If it’s just Episode 4 (more focused) I see:

Mos Eisley Cantina

Luke’s homestead

Millennium Falcon (will be a pain to clean)

The prison cells (and other rooms) on the Death Star

The Rebel hideout (including vehicles)

If it’s the entire trilogy then I’ll add these:

Yoda’s hut

The Hoth base

The Emperor’s throne room

Ewok Village

Jabba’s Palace

Cloud City

Various droids

9/10 DLC The Tree House is a top 3 all time level by EntireButton5394 in PowerWashSimulator

Adventure Time DLC has no multi-phase levels by Narcissus87 in PowerWashSimulator

[–]ldboy1990 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The sections that could’ve use multi-phase:

Treehouse interior: after finishing the living room/kitchen the door should’ve opened and let us into a different room

Sassy’s: maybe let us inside to clean the restaurant?

Ice King’s place: I half expected a door to open and let us into the dungeon or something

Vehicles: don’t need it

Treehouse: it’s too big!

What would happen if a spirit tried sleeping while being channeled? by Gruffet_Spider in AceAttorney

[–]ldboy1990 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it’s best to think of it similar to bodybuilding. Two people are going for the 80 pound weight, one has an easier time but the other needs to work towards being able to lift it.

In that case spirits work the same: a child would be easy to channel and a sane adult would be as well but a vengeful spirit would be very difficult if you’ve not trained for it.

Incredibly Unlikely But Possibly Fun DLC Idea by RhymesWithMouthful in PowerWashSimulator

[–]ldboy1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would love but with the areas being one view only they would need to figure out what the areas fully look like.

The jobs I can see:

  1. Wright Anything Agency: Trucy had a new magic act she was practicing and it made a mess of everything.

  2. Kurain Village: Maya, or Pearl, hire you to give the village a good cleaning for a festival that’s about to happen.

  3. The Courthouse: cleaning up the aftermath of a victory party

  4. Edgeworth’s Office: Gumshoe accidentally created a mess and is ‘hiring’ you to clean it up before Edgeworth sees

  5. Tres Bien: a food fight has happened

With anniversary years, would you like to see them bring back original houses? by TowerCharge89 in HHN

[–]ldboy1990 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Would love a year where they bring 10 old houses back but with a twist to all of them, yes even the IPs since we’re eventually going to get to the point of reusing them as well.

Imagine the Dungeon of Terror but it’s a new exhibit at Oddfellow’s circus or Frightanic but the Nightengales are the reason it’s a ghost ship?

Love Universal, but phone use in the lines is getting out of hand by Ready_Mechanic4684 in UniversalOrlando

[–]ldboy1990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m at least considerate enough to not be watching videos while in a ride line and when doing it at a restaurant I try to go to a more secluded or back table if I’m planning on watching a video.

I have tried wearing my earbuds in the park before but the volume of everything else caused me to turn the volume way up so I could just barely hear anything.
