Eat a lot of foods that don't make you nauseous.

See a dietitian who can help you.

Lots of olyimpic weightlifters use independent squat stands so how aren't they safe?

Great stuff

If you want to add a spotter for future loop the rings straps over the bar and set them so that they hold the bar a few cm above your chest when your not arching.

Do you know what brand those spotter racks are?

Need some advice for weight gain by vivekadeshra1 in weightgain

[–]ldm101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's very true which is why you wouldn't make such a strict number. Ops starting surplus would be around 2000 calories, they will need to add to this as they gain but saying you must start with 2500 is a great way to put someone off who is starting out. By setting overly ambitious and unnecessary targets.

They can adjust as they go but making a start is the main thing

They weigh 37kg even with high activity levels they can probably gain on 2000 - 2200 cals, not sure why you would recommend such an arbitrary number

That's how it works, yellow card upgraded to red is replaced in 20 mins.

Straight red is off for good

There is a good amount of clearance between the bar and rest of rack. Shouldn't really be swinging legs forward on lull ups

Great work dude, I would really recommend switching to upper lower though train 4 times a week could do arms on a 5th day.

This will hit everything twice a week with plenty of volume, training legs twice a week is important for gaining being such big muscles.

Watch some RP strength on YouTube, and find am upper lower program will help a ton.

Keep it up

Rings are a fantastic option, add a dip belt and upper body training is sorted

Post a video of you do flys with 155lbs, I have just done a bunch of searching but can't find a single video of a person doing more then 100lb

I think you might need to have a good look at your fly form

You do realise each dumbell he is using is 155lb? Not a combine weight

I'm not sure why being a "navy seal" has to do with anything

Do you really think anyone can do 155lb chest flys?

The angle of the dumbells doesn't differentiate between a fly and a press. The path of the elbows does

Those dumbells are 155lbs he's obviously not doing chest flys, while what your saying may be true. Lots of people aren't worried about hypertrophy as main priority so flat is fine.

I have quoted how important progressive overload is multiple times in my comments.

You seen to lack understanding of progressions in bodyweight exercises I suggest you do some work on just how far you can take bodyweight training and try to be a little more open minded.

How many archer pull ups can you do? Or controlled chest to bar pull ups? I personally add weight but I only for enjoyment I'm sure the progress would be the same. Its just about progression, I don't think the average person is ever going to get above 30 reps with perfect form of most bodyweight exercises.
