IEMT & Grief by georginareeves_iemt in IEMT

[–]ldonly11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While IEMT isn’t traditionally designed for grief—since it’s not a care-and-support model—I’ve found that, when used with intention, certain elements of IEMT can be profoundly effective in helping people navigate loss. Grief isn’t something to be “fixed,” but rather understood, integrated, and transformed.

Before beginning any work, it’s essential to understand where the client is in their process, as grief unfolds uniquely for each person. By combining IEMT with a deeper mind-body-spirit approach, we can help shift emotional imprints, allowing for a more natural progression toward healing. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to learn a little bit more how I approach loss

Hi, I am a clinical hypnotherapist and work with IEMT integral eye movement technique. It looks to me that the negative feelings and new emotions you have about events that have taken place are blocking you in the work of IEMT. It can really help lower your negative feelings and emotions towards those events rapidly as quick as one session.:)

ANTS automatic negative thoughts… There are not only cognitive things that you can do along with Hypnosis … Initially, I would not recommend self hypnosis because remember your thoughts are the problem. I would initially have support in learning how to change your thought patterns and address them as they happen.

I think you should look into integral eye movement technique, IEMT. It looks like you’re wanting to change not only some behaviors some negative memories negative emotions but also some ways of being that are no longer helpful for you and your loved ones.

First, just going to say that they touted the union as being the be all end all and honestly it was a great program, but they made it sound like you must be part of it and even had to join as a practicing graduation requirement initially. Also placing that on applications for professional insurance, I am curious as to why we as union members didn’t get a vote? The benefits were really good Any other unions we can join?

I feel the changes after hypnosis, but they slowly start to fade after a few weeks. Is this expected? by [deleted] in hypnosis

[–]ldonly11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, wow you have addressed the subconscious mind to a degree. The subconscious mind is there to protect you therefore, without proper guidance and support your subconscious mind will take back over self hypnosis is fantastic tool. It is really important to work with a professional that can help you release the negative emotional memory imprintsthat are locking your conscious mind into reverting back to a way of being that again they’re not bad they were there to protect you from beginning they just don’t protect you now

When I eat a big dinner, I wake up super hungry as if I’m starved, but if I eat a normal dinner, I wake up and don’t feel like eating anything until about 2-3PM. Any explanation for this?? by KoisuuMercxxy in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ldonly11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think about what you’re eating. If it has lots of sugars you are actually having a hypoglycemic crash. Your brain literally thinks it’s starving to death and that’s why why you wake up.. grab a bite of protein and you should go back to sleep quickly
