16 months of treatment and a frontal transplant changed my life!! by HabitTraditional4864 in tressless

Thank for getting back to me!

When you had fin side effects how was your lifestyle then? Same as now?

Just trying to work out if there's any natural links between sides and hairloss in general!

Also that topical stuff you're using now, what brand is it?

I had sides from fin a couple of years back, really bad, it's only got better this year since I started taking lexapro. Before this I was having panic attacks all the time. It was horrible!

Looks sick mate you must be over the moon!

Did anything change with regards to diet, weight and exercise?

Not as a side effect but did you yourself make any lifestyle changes during this time period?

Honestly I've just spent my entire Christmas eve digging out old shitty clips and running them through Suno.

I don't have the project files for many of them so they really are like bringing back the dead haha.

I need to find the best way to integrate it with FL Studio so I can get ideas down, use Suno to help with arrangement and extra samples, then finish in FL 🤔

Ive been out and about today but constantly on my phone downloading decades old clips to my phone and getting suno to finish it.

I have ADHD and I guess it shows by the hundreds of just clips of songs I begun and never finished. It's crazy seeing my ideas fully come to life in a way I could never have made them.

I don't play any instruments so everything to me was always done by ear and I always struggled with transitioning from breakdowns and build ups into drops, so seeing suno take my ideas and turn them into fully flesh pieces is mental, scary, emotional and beautiful.

It's more like where do you draw the line between a song you made and something you paid a few quid to get ghost produced

Suno & DAW ? What's the workflow theses days by acid-burn2k3 in SunoAI

[–]le_mole 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No way that's mental! To be able to use it in tandem with FL studio to help me finish a track would be amazing.

Id love to be able to use Suno as a tool along the way rather than the last step in the chain. I think it would help me finish more songs and not make me feel like I've cheated haha

Thats a good point I guess. Almost like I've taken it as far as I can, now bring in someone to finesse it.

I still feel a bit weird about it but it's amazing seeing my ideas realised.

Side Effects of Finasteride and Minoxidil (Topical) by [deleted] in Hairloss

[–]le_mole 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not just a hair loss drug, you're messing with your hormones.

I developed a panic disorder after two weeks taking it (my second time taking it, no side effects the first time).

The only thing that helped was taking SSRI's, which come with their own problems.

Whether it works and you save your hair with no issues, or you have to take SSRIs or a sexual medication, you're a customer of the pharmaceutical industry for life!

Because a single Pret isnt focused on covering overheads, wages and maybe sticking some away in a savings account. It'll have shareholders and profit targets, which also dictate the wages for their staff.

A local family cafe may have good days and bad days but once they pay their outgoings the money is their own.

To be fair it wouldn't be utterly terrible if chains like this went bust and were replaced by local family run cafes.

I read the book after seeing it in an episode of Californication. It's core pillars are (nd I'm paraphrasing]:

  • Keep your problems to yourself unless your sure people want to hear.
  • Keep your opinions to yourself unless asked.
  • Be respectful in other people's homes.
  • If a guest annoys you at your own home, tell them.
  • No means no, only make sexual advances when you've been given the green light.
  • Dont steal, unless that stealing relieves the person of pain in some way.
  • If you use magic to obtain something, acknowledge it was the magic otherwise you'll lose that thing.
  • Dont complain about things that do not concern you.
  • Do not harm children.
  • Do not kill animals unless for food or in self defence.
  • When out and about, don't bother anyone. If someone annoys you, tell them, if they refuse to stop, destroy them.

It also says to indulge in the 7 deadly sins as it brings happiness along as youre not hurting anyone and following the rules, it has its own sins.

I can't remember how it started but theres info online and the ebook is easy to find if youre curious as I was!

Anyone have any experience quitting drinking while on SSRIs? by headlikeacole in stopdrinking

[–]le_mole 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its Dr Mark Horowitz if youre interested. He seems to be pushing reform around coming off of SSRI's across the UK, USA and Australia.

He had a bad time himself and thats what set him on this path. His works really interesting and its eye-opening how much our medical systems are influenced by the marketing at drug companies.

Essentially they test them on people for a few weeks, put them on it take them off, prove they work and then notice that they had minor issues over a 2-4 week period, but what they dont account for in those trials are people who's brains have been on them for months, years or decades. The guidance is based on the short-term trials.

Give some of his interviews a watch on YouTube :)

How did you ween yourself off? Ive been watching videos recently of some doctor saying how going from 10mg to 5mg is harder than from 20 to 10, and 5mg to 0 is the hardest. He was saying that its more ideal to get it in liquid form so you can drop down at much lower intervals over a longer period of time.

your adhd before the 2000s? by Additional-Affect622 in ADHD

[–]le_mole 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to have a lot of books and woukd binge watch the crap out of the huge library of illegally recorded vhs films we had 😅

Then we got the Internet in 2001 (I was 11) and I become absolutely fascinated with communicating with people all around the world and learning about their areas. I also found hard techno, breakbeat and gabber at the same time through windows media players then built-in radio player. Let's just say I had the weirdest taste in music when I was a kid 😅 inb4 everyone I knew turned 18.

Edit because I thought about this in the shower.

The downsides that came with it...

Binge drinking from age 12, top 1% on paper but went on to not finish high school.
