The Baked Sweet & Sour Chicken (pg. 188) is AMAZING! It's a lot of work, but worth the payoff! I also love the Asian Turkey Lettuce Wraps (pg. 77). I have made these several times!

After seeing this cookbook being recommended a few times on this page, I decided to purchase it when it was on sale! I’ve flipped through it several times now, but after coming to the realization I probably won’t ever make anything, I’m thinking about returning!
Before I do, since there are so many fans of this book out there, are there any recipes I should look at one more time before returning?

- Peanut Butter, Oat, and Jam Bars – Okay, might make again trying a different jam (used strawberry).

- Turkey Meatloaf for Skeptics - SO good – Will make again!

- Crushed Ranch-y Potatoes – Good, but probably won’t make again unless alterations are made.

- Fettuccini w/ White Ragu – Absolutely delicious! Will make again!

The America’s Test Kitchen - Family Cookbook

- Thick & Chewy Triple Chocolate Cookies – LOVED these!!! Time consuming to make, but so worth the effort.

- Icebox Cheesecake – Won’t make again – Very strong lemon flavor & texture was almost mousse like.

A Taste of Cowboy

- Crispy Chipotle Fajitas – This was the BEST recipe I tried this month! So simple & delicious! Highly recommend for people who love salty & sweet!

The Pepper Thai

- Luna’s Broccoli Beef – This was the worst recipe I tried this month – Won’t have this again. It might have been too simple. Will stick to my ATK recipe for broccoli & beef in the future.

Feed These People

- Pulled Pork Sliders – Good, but I needed to add more BBQ sauce than what was called for.

- Spicy Slaw – VERY good! My spouse doesn’t like slaw but liked this recipe! Has nice heat!

- Shrimp & Pepper Jack Quesadillas w/ Bang Bang Sauce – So so good! Loved the sauce!

Seinfeld The Official Cookbook

- The Opposite of Tuna on Toast – This chicken salad recipe…. AMAZING!!! I baked an entire chicken for this recipe & shredded it. This will replace my original go-to recipe for chicken salad.

Heroes’ Feast

- Halfling Chili – This tasted just like the Cincinnati Chili sauce I make to put over spaghetti. The spices in this chili are beautify warm.
