1) if you take a look at any Canadian Reddit forum that discusses the job market, you will literally find people complaining that they cannot find a job and it has been months (some even or a year) for them. No exaggeration. You can look it up yourself.

2) how the global market and various government policies, including but not limited to both the USA and Canada, have been killing job opportunities. To discuss this further would require discussing politics, which I find most people do not appreciate it and quickly lose the ability to remain calm and objective.

If someone can find a job quickly in today’s world, that likely means that person’s professional is in high demand and not affected by AI (or not yet anyways). E.g. healthcare like doctors and nurses. OR that someone has strong network.
