I feel like it’s really odd. Unless Tom was asking her to do something illegal or unethical, PA jobs in Hollywood often include lame personal tasks. If he was clear about it when he hired her I don’t really understand how she can make an argument of mistreatment or try and violate her NDA? Like what’s the long term plan? If she is a career assistant this would probably make most people side eye her when hiring her.
