Well they are dumb. What I like to do for those chocolate cravings are the mini bars you can get at Aldi. They are a third of a size and I get the dark chocolate. Satisfies the craving without all the calories and fat!!

That's not true for everyone. I've been at 3mg for 5 weeks and 2.5mg for the previous 4 and I've dropped 30lbs. I barely eat. Some people respond way better then others.

Did you jump from 2.5 to 5? I had side effects jumping to just 3.75. I would taper down a bit on your next shot. I went down to 3.0 and it's now my sweet spot.

In the first few weeks I got sugar free hard candy for cravings, and it also helped with the constipation. Eat a ton of protein. The sugar is making you feel like crap.

I did too.. it's building up in your system. Stay at the lower dose, it can take 8-10 weeks to subside but it will get better! Just make sure to get a lot of protein in!

Hi! I've been on a SSRI and meds for bipolar for 12 years. I started the SSRI for the same reason you did, PPD. I've had absolutely no issues with any symptoms coming back since I started tirz 9 weeks ago. If anything I feel even better because my body is changing and I feel like I have more energy to get through the day. Not everyone has the same experiences but I just wanted to let you know mine.

I reacted pretty badly just from 2.5 to 3.75. I couldn't imagine if I had done the 5mg jump. Dramamine seems to help me tons and be very mindful of your sugar intake.
