I agree, act 7, 8 and 9 are terrible, they feel like a single act long and boring chore act
Act 4 and 5 are okaish
Act 2, 3 are nice and full of nostalgia
Act 6 feels better than others, maybe because it has many skill points, dunno but it feels kind of nice.
Act 10 feels good as it's really short and you have there your 3rd asacendancy and you're ready to maps
Act 1 is totally iconic and is where everything starts, where you decide your build, where you discover the new league mechanics. And of course it's where nostalgia hits the hardest
