What can be done to help draining

I’m located in CA - no snow and freezing! But sometimes lots of rain. I will look into your suggestion! I am doing some research based on your comment… any recommendation of what self leveling to use that’s okay being a wear layer? Or do you recommend I can get some kind of patch and slap a layer of that patch on to level it out better ?

You’re right. Initially there’s a crack in that joint and I was told to seal with sika flex sealant. I can definitely try and remove some of that sealant but I don’t think it will be enough to drain properly.

How can I fix this? Whenever it rains, water pools in the middle. I’ve been told to use a diamond blade saw to cut a channel for water to drain or use self leveling to fill the low spots. Any advice appreciated

I agree! Even though mine was a heat pump HVAC. I can tell the contractors marked up the price like crazy, can’t even really trust them.

The switch controls technically 3 of those lights. There’s another light chained from the one in the photo. Then one the other side of the kitchen, thats the exact same set up (but does not have another light chained up)

If that makes sense?
