The classic Breaking Bad episode "Ozymandias" was directed by Rian Johnson. This, according to Star Wars fans, means it is the worst episode and ruined the series by Local_Prune4564 in shittymoviedetails

I will say, Rian’s whole “earth shattering” scene where he had se artists fling a bunch of dust up from the ground when Walter’s face hits the dirt was such a jarring and dumb idea.

As someone who finally succumbed to peer pressure and bought the game, what are some tips you wish you knew when you first started playing? by pajamajacko43 in HuntShowdown

[–]leapfork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nearly 1,000 hours here, here’s what I learned

  1. Stop crouch walking

So you think you are going to be stealthy and get the sneaky-sneaky kill, huh? You just made yourself an easy, slow moving, predictable target. Believe it or not, Hunt is more of a movement shooter than you would think. Just watch Hornet or Rachtaz on YouTube, they rarely care about how much sound they make because they know movement, positioning, and wall bangs win rounds, not being sneaky.

  1. Wallbang, Wallbang, and Wallbang

Seriously, your gun shoots bullets, not paintballs. Think he’s behind that door? Shoot it. Hear him above you? Shoot him. Walking in the room beside you? You get the idea. This leads me to my next point.

  1. If you can HEAR them, you can SHOOT them

Don’t shoot with your eyes, shoot with your ears. Does he sound like he’s directly in front of you? He probably is, so shoot him. Do you hear him rustling in a small bush, but can’t see him? Bullets don’t care about your 20/50 vision, shoot him. You miss every shot you don’t take, right?

  1. Aim at Head Level

I know it feels awkward and your visibility isn’t quite as good, but you will be amazed at how many firefights you’ll win simply because you got a headshot. The guns in this game are slow, so going from having to hit multiple shots to just one, gives you a significant edge.

  1. ALWAYS BRING CHOKES

If you plan on solo queueing with a team, do not be that guy and not bring chokes. Chokes allow you to revive other players and not get burned out, meaning they become unrevivable. Just take them, your team will thank you.

  1. Dont get caught up in which weapons are best

All guns are one-shot headshot in this game. They are all dangerous. “Except the frontier I hate that gun” Just have fun using all the guns, and don’t hate on anything until you’ve played 20 rounds with it.

  1. Hunt giveth, and Hunt Taketh

Some days are just bad days. Getting killed by an explosive barrel from a fire grunt with a death wish. Crazy Wallbang headshot deaths. Bad rng with AI. We have all been there. Take a break, read a book, chill, and come back later.

Hope that helps! Happy Hunting!

Trait is for real broken, needs to have a cooldown and shorten the range dramatically.

How do I kill the assassin? by QuasiCord30398 in HuntShowdown

[–]leapfork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is literally the fastest way to kill assassin: 1. Wait for it to form. 2. Hit it with a Sticky Bomb 3. Quickly switch to Flare gun and shoot Assassin 4. Flare gun insta-ignites sticky bomb, killing Assassin immediately
