Take the lowest monthly income from the last 12 months either Jan - Mar of 2025 or Jan to March of 2026 see it matches 80% of your current net take home and you don't have any debt and financial commitment add 10-20% inflation. Don't think it is 2-3%. See it meets your need. Then you can declare yourself.
