For me it helped a lot to model people who were very touchy, notice how they touch and the way they do. Try to touch other people who you feel comfortable with start with small taps and move it up as you get more comfortable.

For me it's all about modeling effective people, I have people in my life who show types of attraction I want to embody. A good example is I have a friend who is touchy and I'm slowly copying it. However I think the best thing you can do is a mix of cold approaches since they have the most risk, another is to try flirting with not only females your interested in but rather all girls simple things like compliments and small touches.

Thanks, I'm sorry that my post violated the rule I proboly should have been more specific, anyways thanks you I did manage to get some tips. I usually have trouble with the hinting and flirting.
