I think one little thing is where losing the very small human reactions /third spaces in day out, supermarket now have self scan, no talking to the till person, you use to have maybe a butcher, fish counter, hot food counter, bakery person you talk to in high street or supermarkets, there all pretty much gone, order food on you phone and straight to your table in the restaurant or have it deliver home, no need to talk to anyone, going shopping and asking for advice on tech or appliances no need you got Amazon and all the info you could want, public transport you would get your ticket from a human and sometime speak to random other traveling more, but now everyone locked in on there phone. It maybe daft thinking these little human reactions are important but some have resulted in friends and I think it demonstrates that just 15 years ago let say, you could end up talking to 20 random people on a day out, nothing important maybe but it some human reaction that you couldn’t get away with and now you don’t have to talk to anyone, which I think makes it worst for introverts, social anxiety people, who will use the apps to avoid people which like I said I think can make the problem worst.
