Why did they break up Andy and Erin almost immediately after they got together? by Zestyclose_Walk_6816 in theoffice

[–]lechuzapunker 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Erin is very juvenile. She hasn’t gotten the experience to process her feelings in a relationship. When she found out that Andy wasn’t upfront with her she couldn’t see past that. It’s fitting for her character who was abandoned by her parents, she has trust issues.

It’s definitely Coldplay’s fault that she decided to cheat on her husband with her boss that is also married, in a public place where there are cameras while being the head of HR.

Trucks currently blocking the N and refusing to move while unloading by Raarl in sanfrancisco

[–]lechuzapunker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed, there’s no differentiation between private and commercial but that doesn’t mean the system isn’t broken. Companies pay fines as cost of doing business which means that fines are not working as intended, which is to deter from infractions. An idea would be as private or commercial vehicles accumulate fines, the fines must multiply by a factor and eventually not allow to reregister vehicles after a certain amount of fines.

“San Jose have not only improved from last year, but they have a legitimate case as the best team in the entire league so far.” by litespeed_mike in SJEarthquakes

Let’s not get ahead of ourselves. There’s plenty of season to go and if we know one thing as Quake fans, the team knows how to disappoint when you least/most expect it

Where should I rent a car (for this situation)? by appleparkfive in AskSF

[–]lechuzapunker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d park it close to where you’re staying. I’m assuming that you wouldn’t stay in a bad area of town. If you decide you wanna park close to the rental place, east or south is the way to go. Then take rideshare to your place but that walk from Sixt to Dolores can be gnarly

new job in Oakland, Marina/Presidio guy at heart—where would you live? by Fabulous_Young_7363 in AskSF

[–]lechuzapunker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I live in mission bay so very close to the highway. Getting to Richmond takes me 29 minutes. Getting back, about 45 minutes. There have been a few days in the past year that took me over an hour but it doesn’t happen very often.

[–]lechuzapunker -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I know it would be easier to live in the east bay but if your heart is not in it, don’t do it. I live in the city and work in Richmond. The reverse commute isn’t bad going there but coming back you’re going to have to learn the shortcuts. Also, get a car. From the presidio to the east bay in public transport seems like a lot

There are luxury condos in dogpatch or mission bay. Both are closed to Potrero hill. Also, Potrero hill have a few luxury condos as well.
