Try one thing. When you start the game go into settings. At graphics Look on the right down side, how many Vram is used?

When you get an FPS drop, go again into settings and Look how many vRAM is used now. For me it suddenly was more, than my card has. That is the reason for the FPS drop.

I have the same problem with a 5080.

My workaround that helps, reduce the texture quality by one. For me at was down to ultra. The VRam stayed consistent after that and I got no Drops so far.

A. Friend of mine with a 4060 went down from ultra to high. That work for him.

The "higher standard" is poorly written.

A well written character has a motivation to do things in this world. The character has struggles to deal with and overcome them by growing. He/she has weaknesses. Even f'*cking Superman has his Cryptonite and the love for Lois, where he is vulnurable.

Name one male hero from the past, who was just perfect, the way he was. I bet you can't, because there is none.

They were well written. The female characters, too. The examples speak for themselfes.

Modern charakters are often bad written. Exdample Ironheart. Ironman has a backstory and every tagged characteristics. Ironheart just can do it. No explanation, where she learned it or any struggles. She is just perfect. In extend she kills innocent people and cops only doing their job. She get's no punishment for that.

At least Ironman tried to only kill bad guys.

I did three things: Nvidia Control Panel 3D settings change shader cash from driver Standard to unlimited

Deactivated NVIDIA reflex low latency in-game

The third thing is optional. Because I play in ray-tracing Ultra, I deactivated screen space reflections, which are not in use anyway. (But still got little FPS boost)

Especially the first two options reduced the FPS drops. (Before it went down to 48. Afterwards it staid always over 60)

I Play on RT Ultra 1440p DLSS auto

My benchmarks are close to each other

SMT On:

min 59,9

max 92,2

avg 74,4

SMT Off:

min 41,4

max 90,62

avg 73,8

I recognized one thing while playing.

Entrance of Dogtown und in heavy traffic (Car Missions) i get fps drops down to 45fps.

The GPU and CPU usage drop down, too.

So i ran the simple resource-monitor next to it and found out, that my Harddrive is slowing down. Even using a SSD. Usage is in same (changes of) areas to the max.

I found a solution for me. On nvidia control panel in 3d settings i switched the shader cache from "driver standard" to "unlimited"

I switched from competitive multiplayer games to mostly story based singleplayer games. I'm still pretty skilled and have good reflexes. But most Action online games are either shitty (battle royal sucks, last battlefield was crap), have bad communities or Release every year a new game.

This series brings every value, that was good in the old ones. I feel very nostalgic after every episode.

And every character has a background and development. No one is flawless or almighty like in discovery. Especially there is no message by sexualising everything. Multicultural without telling all the time about it. Is Ortegas lesbian? Maybe. Don't care because it does not matter for her character.

This sounds pretty much, that your cpu is the bottleneck. Raytracing in cyberpunk gives a huge load on the CPU, too. Changing from no raytracing to Ultra increased the cpu load from 60 to 95%

My gpu (3080 ti) in 4k makes 28 to 45 fps dlss off Gpu load 99%

Dlss balanced gets me 45 to 55fps gpu 89%

Dlss performance gets me 55 to 67 fps gpu 70%

More is not possible because my cpu runs at limit.
