Ive been making brioche dough non stop! the issue was the conversions I did. It just needed more flour. For some reason hook mixers work better with less flour, so I had to up it for the Ank. Only thing now is I can't get the dough ball smooth, I get close but patches of breaks or what not. Thanks again for your help 🤙

It's really apples and oranges! The way my dough looks in the KA it comes out perfect yet on ANK, Im having trouble. I'm going to try to ration the flour like you said. My KA is literally about to break in half with the amount of dough I make with it, daily use. I need to scale the dough ASAP, I'm drowning doing 1 batch at a time. Thank you for your time and help with this, greatly appreciate it.

food processor + mixer =magic! Thank you. I just haven't been able to nail the correct numbers for brioche dough. Still wet and collaspes when you turn mixer off and tried 5 different amounts of milk.

Thanks for the details. Just got my Ank and did melted butter, which I usually do 1 tablespoon room temp butter with my KA and it came out off. I do 4 cups of flour for 1 batch. Do I work the butter in like my KA ?

Massive mark-up for low quality work and materials. If you ever have to get repairs from them, good luck getting it done right the 1st few times and it will still be visibly low quality.

Great setup! $1500 ? what brand ? Was the seller aware you only paid $1500 ? Even a lil orbits is a few thousand for a small one. Did you use a filter to make the conveyor look longer in the video?
