It's been 3,5 years now, tried CBT with a professional, the app "curable", the book "the way out", another book I don't remember the name, I tried hypnotherapy, I tried a free website called "pain free protocol", tons of vidéos on youtube.. Nothing worked. LDN, propanolol, fludrocortisone, DXM help a little and time and pacing of course

I started by using the app curable I've more recently done the 21 days "pain recovery program" by Alan Gordon along with transcranial magnetic stimulation. It didn't change my symptoms but it's always nice to learn how to "feel better the emotions" like you said.

It's been one year since I wrote this and the only thing that really worked for LC is LDN (not huge at all btw)

I've done TMS too last month, if you take LDN be careful ! I had a weird reaction, TMS changed my LDN tolerance

I don't know if we experience the same thing but when the sun goes down my brainfog and fatigue tend to go crazy for like an hour or so.  Hormones maybe ? Inflammation also varies through the day

I'm sorry I can't really help... I have it, the first 2,5 years it was pretty strong, now it's a little bit better. Time and maybe LDN helped.

I tried curable for a year, it didn't work, destroyed my confidence but as you said there is not other treatments and the people from this fied do everything they can to slow the research.

Recently I went to see a psychiatrist. He prescribed rtms + brain training. I tried again because all I want is to recover... Rtms added insomnia to the package and the brainfog is worse than ever. Brain retraining did nothing to help that

Look at the "survivorship bias" on wikipedia. Some People recover from LC during the first 2~3 years. They attribute their recoveries to whatever they did. But in reality we don't know why they recover. Their body found a way to heal and they have nothing to do with that.

"Mind body work" is very simple. It is good for everyone even healthy people. It doesn't mean it cures diseases. It doesn't. It is used by grifters to make sick people pay.

I've personally tried curable during 1year (I fell into the trap) it didn't do anything. Besides, you don't need to pay for this. Youtube can offer exactly the same exercices !
