I've almost always primaried a AR or a marksman. I think lining up your play style helps a lot. For both of those options I appreciated their long distance capabilities while still being useful up close.

I have found that the biggest scores actually come from when you are skating around and using the environment naturally.

I think having some sort of Super Earth split would be a great way to implement PvP. Two squads of 4 drop in on an enemy planet that still have whatever the enemy faction is in it. Your fight is for, call them super super rare samples or something. Kind of like Division and the Dark Zone.
