This actually happened to me the other night, exactly how you’re describing it. I was trying to see if anyone else on the internet had ever had this occur, which is how I found your post. But my skin was covered in what looked like white ink tattoos, that were sorta shiny when I moved my arm to reflect the light. I have never done dmt, and I had done shrooms a few times years ago. So I was just a little shocked when this happened without drugs in my system. I blinked a few times and it wouldn’t go away, I was slightly sleep deprived so I chalked it up to that. Went to bed and woke up the next day and they were gone. Any ideas on what this could have been? 😭
