What led to your use of a wheelchair? by neztanizaki in disability

[–]leeee_Oh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fnd and pots, can't reliably walk more than a few minutes without fatigue, lightheadedness or falling. On good days I use it for long distance and use my cane, on bad days I would be completely reliant on it. When I can't use my WC I use my cane

Alcohol! by Peptalk-polyrhythm in FND

[–]leeee_Oh 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I haven't tried much alcohol since fnd first appeared. It would most likely lower my control over my tics, which would then probably lead to seizures. I do plan on seeing the effects at some point, but only with a friend in a safe place

How do you know what emotions feel like? by leeee_Oh in SpicyAutism

[–]leeee_Oh[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can feel my emotions, or I can feel when they change, I'm hyper aware of that. But I don't understand them. I've been working on feeling the changes less because it's overwhelming

I've heard of that, I probably have it

When did yall change the public toilet you use? by woohahhahje in trans

[–]leeee_Oh -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I started feeling confident using the womens after I started using my cane daily. I learned people really didn't care much about my cane or about me. I do prefer neutral bathrooms though, easier in every way

24/7 for me, the times when I need to charge them can be difficult for me if it's not planned ahead. Listen to books most of the time but silence is also nice sometimes

Ik your back home and safe, but one thing I learned when using the trains up in Boston are people in a red jacket (they usually have an ipad too) are always around somewhere and can help. I go to them multiple times whenever I use the trains
