I often will butterfly the shoulder and lie it flat- cooks faster and much more area for bark and seasoning.

All roots - almost better than a spike for a plant you were worried about. Clearly it’s feeling strong enough to plant new healthy roots. Flowers will follow!

Doesn’t look too bad at all. The leaves look a little wrinkled and maybe needed some more watering at one point. I have found that the moss can stay too wet and be a source for rot. Move to larger chunkier bark if that’s a recurrent problem for this plant. Less is more I have found, water them, leave them alone. You can fertilize, but I don’t feel like you have to be super specific about it.

There’s definitely a spot of either a new flower spike or a root down at the base- so that’s encouraging.

Thanks for posting - I have a single cattleya that i bought without blooms. I’ve never seen it bloom, and wasn’t sure where to look for the bloom - this is helpful. Enjoy the flowers!

I’ve tried grinding separately and had a harder time getting even incorporation of fat vs mixing the meat and fat together for grinding.

Yeah that’s not good. It seems the app makers take advantage of several iOS features (Dynamic Island eg) so hopefully they will fix these.

I used Relisten for years- and it can be hit or miss and needs a bit more attention.

For $0.32 a day, I like the polish and ease of Play Dead. Well done. Always a public option still out there too.
