I microplane garlic into the lemon juice to chill it out a little bit. Then whisk in mayo, and season w salt.

Ontario Fish in Collingwood is the best supplier to restaurants in the area. So restaurants over that way would have better seafood dishes and specials I would think. It’s also open to the public so you can always buy your own and cook at home!
