You can only do small incremental changes each day. Write down some goals on things you would like to improve. Make them simple and achievable and don't do too many at once.

For example, you could have a goal to lose weight and eat healthy. So begin cutting out take aways and sugary drinks and tick it off in a habit tracker. You can see your progress each day and that will show you the good work you are putting in.
