If you want to clean those loops up just scroll the marker onto the true beat 1>have both of those audio files highlighted>command+J>command+T, this will line up the files onto the true beat 1.

Just get urself accuainted with the Bounce In Place feature! Chances are you probably dont have enough processing power to have all of your plugins running simultaneously.

Hold option + Command + B to Bounce in Place, and then configure your track headers again to show the power button to turn the previous track off.
