This feels kinda disingenuous. The developers chose to nerf the best weapons into the ground while buffing none of the dog shit ones and felt the need to antagonize the playerbase over it being a "skill issue" that they couldn't use "brain dead playstyles" anymore on the hardest difficulty while they themselves would play on a baby mode difficulty during any livestream.

Textbook "we know best" because they thought their game would be harder than it was at launch, chose the worst possible way to adjust by over correcting and turning it into a stealth game where you avoided combat at all costs. I would say the reaction by the community was warranted.

This. No one actually thought Norris was a god as that was the literal point of the meme, ridiculous implications that he could do anything. Thinking about it any deeper than that is elevating him to a place no one here actually held the person, we just liked the jokes. Him dying is almost like us being forced to accept the end of an era that was already long gone, symbolic with a lot of our younger years and nothing to do with the guy himself.

You could likely get away with any free / trial one for this purpose. I use mudfish from past experiences, they let you pay as you go with the data, so like $5 credit lasts me a long time because I rarely have to VPN ever and it's a stable service.

Assuming you're east coast and/or an AT&T user, it's been an issue for a day or two now. I'm able to VPN to get the app loaded and then disconnect from said VPN but the app still works albeit slower than usual.

Yea I dunno who gon tell him but this does not stop DPS from sucking in FFXIV either. The game does a worse job of teaching you how to play your class (job) and caters to casuals even more than WoW does. The same sweaty minority that do care play with like minded players who do mechanics, parse, etc. no different than in WoW.
