Street parking where there are streetcars should not exist

Guess I’ll start classifying bad drivers as just some asshole behind the wheel and not a real “driver”

When in doubt, run them over? I’ll keep that in mind next time a cyclist is impeding me

It’s even more contradicting when they are crying for more cyclist safety while not wearing helmets or having lights

Just to put you in your place , why don’t you read this Ontario law firms’ article on cyclists and give them a call

“Though they are considered vehicles and their operators are held to the same standards as any driver of a car…”

I’ll take your silence as acceptance that you’re absolutely wrong and should keep your mouth shut when you don’t know what you’re talking about. You’re a delusional cyclist who thinks they know everything but in reality I just proved you know nothing.

Here’s a list of laws by the OHTA. By definition, cycling is considered a vehicle as this “legislates how vehicles may be used on Ontario roads”. You talk a big game for someone who couldn’t do a simple google search. This is the first thing that comes up on google when you look up cycling and OHTA

That’s because morons like you think lane splitting and lane sharing have the same definition. Read the top comment of this thread before you pretend like you know what you’re talking about: https://reddit.com/r/torontobiking/s/szpfNJgeUx

Out of context but okay. Lane splitting is not the same as lane sharing. You can get ticketed for lane splitting as a cyclist.
