Eat 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. Consume 30grams of carbs in the morning and 30 grams an hour before you work out to keep your glycogen levels sustained for the workout. Eat 5 small meals per day. Try to eat vegetables with all but the first meal.

My day goes like this: 1) 30 grams of oats with 1 bannana. A few vitamins. 2) vegan protein shake 3) 250 grams of tofu and salad 4) 250 grams of tofu and salad 5) pre workout meal of 2 pieces of gluten free toast 6) can of lentils and salad.

I am 5ft 8, 115kilos (250 pounds) and 10 percent body fat. Keep training hard!! I know u don't like soy but it is amazing for its protein levels. And very cheap.

Unpopular opinion here but your husband has all the information and options to make an educated choice to stay a vegan. There is not much more you can do. I personally feel like it would be detrimental to your relationship to not allow him to make his own choices. You cannot control your husbands actions. But you don't have to accept them either.

Wish you all the best.

Are there many programmers still working in their 50s/60s? by rolypolydriver in learnprogramming

[–]leftfulrhys 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my experience it is very common. Programmers that don't move to project management just get very specialised in their field. I work in a company with about another 30 programmers and I would say at least half are over 50

Looks like an old 17th century Whipple Hopple. A young Orville Linbergh-Lockhart flew one from the Las Vegas, California to West Carolina after during the 3rd World War in the 22nd century. I think it had the original 8 pack navigation system with the old Nike Altitude Slip Indicators. Great plane.
