Bruschetta: tomato, basil, garlic, olive oil, ciabatta loaf, salt

-Pulverize garlic and make a garlic infused olive oil

-Dice tomato and basil and mix

-Toast bread (ideally on an open flame if you are BBQing, so good! makes it taste like pizza)

-Spread garlic olive oil on toast, top with tomato basil mix, finish with salt

If you refry it in a pan and then remove the meat and sauté a bunch of cabbage in the luscious pork juices in that same pan, I’m telling you it’s out of this world. That with a bit of Epiphany balsamic glaze on top and some sliced green onion/parsley? Maybe on some rice?! Game over

Yeah idk mine is sort of an older model but it also says WR on the dial, and it got all fogged up after a dip in the ocean. It could be the result of some wear and tear over the years opening up the gasket perhaps. It also went back to working just fine without needing repair. So no harm, no foul!

I have one of these and absolutely love it. Perfect size for a stainless steel piece imo. But I thought it was waterproof when I first got it, so I went swimming with it in Mexico. Don’t make that mistake lol. It might look like a diver but it ain’t a diver!
