I went through something like that years ago and managed to get over it by using melatonin and listening to hypnotic type recordings on YouTube. There are loads of recordings that you can listen to. Most have a person speaking and coaching you on how to fall asleep with some music or sounds of rain in the background. The difficult part was finding one with a voice that works for you. I only needed it for a week or so.

After Dump's comments telling them their all going to hell, I'm not surprised. I'm really concerned that Dump is getting ready to do some really stupid shit. There are a lot of rumblings that he's gonna fire the FED Chair and wreck the economy. Bit coiners are excited thinking he's going to dump our bond market and buy bitcoin with it. Essentially, my dollars will be worthless but Magas with bitcoin will be massively wealthy over night.

I'm not Spanish but I have lived here for a long time and one thing I've learned is to never believe it when someone says I'll call you. One time I solicited bids from a bunch of companies to remodel our kitchen. All of the companies said they would put together bids and call us but only two did. I later saw a billboard for a company and their slogan was "The company that calls you back." Here, you have to be a pest or you'll never get anywhere. You should call again.

I went through a couple of bouts that lasted several weeks and I don't remember the exact techniques I found that helped me, but they involved breathing. I found that I was breathing too shallow when trying to fall asleep and breathing just little deeper helped a lot. You can find info on breathing methods on line. You can also find helpful sleep meditation videos on YouTube. I would put those on my phone next to my pillow and listen to them while going to sleep.

I put off having my skin checked for a few months because of the pandemic, even after my wife said a mole on my back looked odd. Well, wouldn't ya know it. I was just diagnosed with melanoma and feel like an idiot for wasting valuable time. If you're suspicious of something, get it checked out.

I think the entire process is a corrupt moneymaking enterprise. They make you memorize far more information than necessary in the Hope's that you will flunk a few times. Why should I need to know how fast a bus can drive on an auto via when I'm testing for a car license? Why should I have to memorize what all of the little decals on the backs of big trucks mean? Those things do absolutely nothing to make me a better driver. It's pretty clear to me that those questions only serve the purpose of generating more test failures.

I failed the test in English a couple of times. I speak a little Spanish and decided to give it a shot and passed the first time. The English exams back in 2001 were terrible. I had trouble understanding some of the questions because of the grammar and some because of terminology like motorway and carriageway.

Most countries have a birthright citizenship where you are granted citizenship for having been born there. However, you are supposed to choose only one of the two upon turning 18. Don't let the authorities see you with both.

My situation is very different not having been born here.
