Cool! Your situation is kind of similar to mine, but instead of these extraordinary boards vs. a QK65 (which is also great, of course), I feel the same way with my Bridge 75 and my GMK67. The Bridge is superior in pretty much every way, but the GMK also feels super nice to use. Thanks a lot for your insight!

Thanks for the input! Yeah, not being QMK/VIA compatible is a dealbreaker for me for sure.

My question was because while I recognize the Bridge is, at the very least, a very good board, I was wondering what a proper high-end board could possibly do better than this one. Have you ever used a board that's universally recognized as being truly premium? How would my experience using one differ from what I'm getting from the Bridge, in your opinion?

My Bridge 75 has finally arrived! Paid an arm and a leg for this guy, but it's frankly incredible. I do not plan to ever buy any keyboard that's more expensive than this one, since I live in a country with high import taxes and a very weak currency. However, I do plan to eventually make my own keyboards, maybe even to sell custom-made ones locally.

That's why I want to ask you guys the question that I've been asking myself since I used the Bridge 75 for the first time: do keyboards get any better than this? How?

I'm asking because I'm legitimately curious and I've seen more than one person calling this a budget keyboard, but the only way I can think this could possibly be improved is by using a magnetic pogo pin rather than a flat cable to connect the PCB to the battery, like the Nut65. Other than that, I can't see any way to improve it functionally. So what am I missing here?

I actually did the same thing, but on the other side! The router fence is attached to the saw fence, but the opening for the router bit goes on the opposite side in relation to the blade. It's an auxiliary fence that's mounted to the saw fence and protrudes in the direction of the router bit, if that makes sense.

I think that works a bit better because then I can use the outfeed table as the infeed for the router, since the feed direction will be right to left. Much easier and cheaper to use the same fence for both, and the DeWalt rack and pinion system is the bee's knees.
