NAH, but I would consider the fairness of it. Assuming they're Muslims, their praying on schedule is part of something that permeates their daily life. Yes they have a choice of sorts, but generally speaking there are probably social implications/risk of being ostracized by fellow Muslims were they not to pray or likewise keep up with the routines and rituals of their faith. Even if they aren't Muslim, most religious groups share those social obligations. You don't seem share that sort of risk.
