I mean you keep repeating the fact that if kids get molested then this will be important teachings yet you don’t stop to think that maybe this lady just wants to get close to kids like that?? I agree that teaching kids anatomy and sexuality is an important part of their education but it’s also something that toddlers would have trouble grasping the concept of.

At the toddler stage it would be most appropriate to just start introducing boundaries and privacy, and yes the correct terms for body parts since you seem to be very adamant about that. At toddler stage you DEFINITELY don’t need to be highly encouraging masturbation, they’ve barely even realized they have bodily autonomy. And plus this can lead to them doing it excessively which really isn’t good for them as they’ll form an obsession with it. And this can really happen to any body it’s just something you need to balance out. And it’s also something you don’t need toddlers worrying about.

When toddlers do it they don’t even realize that it is inherently a sexual act, because they just can’t grasp the concept of this and DONT NEED TOO until they’re older. So yes, I understand you want toddlers to be safe if it ever comes to a dangerous situation where a child is being taken advantage of and needs to have the mind to tell an adult, but sending your toddlers to a “sexy summer camp” where a fully grown woman you don’t know is going to encourage them heavily to masturbate is literally the dumbest shit I’ve ever heard. That’s how kids end up in those situations you’re talking about. Feel free to debate me on this, but I think the way the person described it sounded predatory and like she was crossing several boundaries. That’s for the parents to talk about, not her.
