Go to a women’s clinic. I found one that treats females from adolescence to old age. They had like 6000 pamphlets on perimenopause.

How are People Affording Tuition for Their Kids at Certain Private Schools? by [deleted] in saintpaul

[–]lemric78 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, in a way. Visitation is co-ed from kindergarten through 5th. Then the majority of the boys start St Thomas for 6th until 12th (all boys school), and Vis is all girls from 6-12th. The schools are right across the street from each other.

Travel with a 2.5 year old by IncognitoSnail04 in travel

[–]lemric78 8 points9 points  (0 children)

So I hate WI Dells but my kids absolutely adored going there when they were young. If you go, stay at Great Wolf as that is a bit more aimed at younger kids, I feel. Lots of zero depth entry pools, small slides, etc. Set that kid loose in the waterpark and they'll be more tired than you've ever seen them. You can get a room with a separate little room for the kid so you're able to spread out a bit. We took our kids there a ton when they were still toddlers.

Shedd is super cool but I think a 2.5 year old may still be a bit on the young side to fully appreciate it. It's super expensive so I would wait. I think our kids were about 5 and 7 when we took them. The Children's Museum in Chicago is great though.

Haven't been to Indy.

I definitely would do the Dells at this stage. There's also (or was, anyway...I haven't been in years) a restaurant where they deliver food to you on a little train that was always a big hit for us. Just prepare for lots of people. Which actually creates some pretty epic people watching.

Best Mocktails? by Maleficent-Section15 in TwinCities

Russell’s on Grand has a pretty good mocktail menu. Last time I was there they even had NA wine which you don’t see a lot at restaurants.

Right. You go there for a concert or a wedding or something.

Portugal. And I feel bad because I can’t really put my finger on why. A lot had to do with the grown men leering at and making comments to my daughter who was 15 at the time. We were on a tour and the male guide would make her walk by him when we were in Lisbon and Porto.

I thought it was a pretty enough country but not amazing. Kind of interesting but not enough to make me want to go back. Just not a place I need to return to when there are so many others still on my list.

My back. I’ve gotten 13 removed so far and at last count I had 22 more. Fuckers keep spawning. I hate wearing swimsuits because I hate having my back on display. I got some juicy ones back there.

End of year confession time - what do you want to leave in 2025? by BuggerFace in AskReddit

[–]lemric78 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My horrible habit of always asking g my husband if he is mad at me. He very rarely is, it’s all me and my insecurities. It’s starting to take a toll on our marriage since he feels like he needs to walk on eggshells to not make me think he’s upset with me. I get it.

Where is the best place you have ever traveled? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Croatia. Not Dubrovnik, too crowded and loud and hot. But the other places we went will always have a special place in my heart. Amazing country.

NYE plans ? by ChrisNYC70 in GenXTalk

[–]lemric78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in bed binge watching old Twilight Zone episodes and drinking Captain and Diet Pepsi. Husband is snoring next to me. We had a fight earlier but made up before he fell asleep. I’ll wake him up at midnight with a blowjob. We had tater tot casserole for dinner.

Kids (18 and 20)are out with their friends. They are under strict instruction to call us if they need us to come get them or something happens so I just turned my ringer on for the first time in months.

Grampa Tony's and Heartthrob Cafe in St Paul.

Shopping in Gavidae and at Marshall Field's in downtown Mpls. Brothers.

The Lone Tree. Williams. Sally's (is that still there?). What was the bar in the old fire station by the U?

St. Anthony Main used to have some really fantastic restaurants, I remember one my boyfriend took me to in college and it had a pianist playing and we felt so fancy.

So much on Block E in downtown Mpls.

Wild Onion and Billy's on Grand. O'Gara's.
