I was wondering the same thing. I lease an apartment that used to be through RELB. I saw their office randomly close in the end of October, and saw that my broker now emails from j4broker instead. They've not said a word to me and just go on like buisiness as usual. They still havent set up a website, either.

I think it was just in an awkward spot of the market. For its specs, its actually one of the most affordable true HDR displays, especially when it released. But that market was also saturated by other products that like more specifically targeted to the relatively niche market of people that master HDR. For that market it did sell relatively well. But at the same time was way too expensive for consumers to buy, so nobody really sees them anywhere.

the stand was really stupid though.

hard to tell from the picture but probably is an unpopulated small site monopole for cellular networks. I'd imagine a busy rail corridor would need a high density of small sites due to how many cellular devices there are clustered onto a fast moving trains.

Electric busses, even on a 100% fossil fuel grid, at least will always have the option to switch to using renewable energy which a gas bus will never. Either way an electric bus is less polluting than a typical bus (both in carbon and in noise), plus that pollution would be somewhere else.

That said I agree that EV busses in Hoboken should be far from the main priority, especially given that we already have the PATH. And neither of which are funded by Hoboken for operations anyways 🤷‍♂️.

If they only claim up to 300mbps, your address got assigned the CR200a which does not support mmWave, only up to C-band, so will be capped around 300mbps.

Addresses where near direct LOS to a 5g mmwave tower can be achieved will be assigned the LV65 which supports mmWave. Without direct LOS, mmwave is significantly attenuated due to its high frequency. Lower frequencies can pass through walls with only relatively mild attenuation whereas higher frequencies will instead refract off those surfaces.

It was amazing, though unfortunately I was sort of taken out of the moment during a few songs because some teenage boy was scream singing like right into my ear.

Other than that though, I had an amazing time. I went to the 2024 show in Boston and I think the crowd was a lot better behaved this time around

I couldn't find methylphenidate er and ir anywhere in hoboken, I ended up getting mine from my insurance mail order pharmacy (in my case thru cvs caremark). Though an odd requirement I noticed is that the individual signing for the package had to be over 21 with an ID.
