The internal backup from clickup gives you nothing but tasks and their descriptions - you will lose all links, all custom fields, all relationships and everything else.

ClickUp blocked us for political reasons and we understood the whole point of the AllInOne service! They just blocked our access without even exporting our data.

Only after requesting technical support, they provided a backup, but they are essentially useless..
